Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept traditional insurance plans, however, we are not a preferred provider with any insurance company. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Your insurance plan is an agreement between you and your employer and is not a guarantee of payment. Our office will provide you with an estimate of your portion, which is collected at the time of service. Regardless of estimates, as the patient, you are responsible for any balance regardless if the insurance company pays. As the insurance subscriber it is your responsibility to be aware of the coverage and benefits of your plan. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
